Starr already tried to give-up once and accept his reward from the radical right (a SWEET position at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California). But his handlers were furious that he wasn't able to invent something to charge the President with and so he returned to rake the muck.
Now, three years and OVER $45,000,000 later, the man who was supposed to be looking for evidence of wrong-doing in a failed housing development back in the 1980's, is now trying to create a link to an irrelivant affair in the late 1990's. In case you're a deficit watcher, my calculations put the cost of Starr's Folly at $28 per minute (but since he probably only works 40 hours per week, the amount is more like $7,500/work-hour!) Yikes!! And who ever said that REPUBLICANS don't like wasting tax-money?
If we cannot end this nonsense, at least let's own up to the fact that this
is nothing more than a sick, political witch-hunt
Breaking news
Let's all send Starr a clear message,
"Do your job as Whitewater prosecutor. You have WASTED ENOUGH TAX MONEY. If you have evidence of a crime involving the failed land-development, say so. Otherwise, shut-down, pack-up, and get thee to Malibu!"
