Today Tinsley's duck reacts to his boss who is fawning over his new "Doonesbury" cartoon, which he just had laminated. He (mallard's boss) explains that it is about "Rush limbaugh and hate radio." To which Mallard retorts, "When are you Doonesbury--Farrakhan types gonna learn that Rush has nothing to do with hate radio?"
Wow! Rush Limbaugh, the guy who calls women "femi-nazi's", has nothing to do with hate radio? I guess Tinsley and I have different definitions of "hate".
As for Farrakhan, what a racist. One good thing about him, he does demonstrate that both whites AND blacks still have bigots. Linking the name Farrakhan to any white person shows a remarkable lack of understanding. Louis is so far gone that he makes Jessie Jackson look like a segregationist. He hates whites and Jews with an irrational passion.
I suppose today's cartoon is pretty mild as "Mallard's" go. It furthers the author's plan to link any criticism of Rush with left-wing extremists. And it's pretty simple-minded, but hey, it's a D-U-C-K. What should we expect?
