Diet Matters

 

Foods I never eat:

Pizza, bagels, potatoes, dry cereal (processed flakes, loops, puffs, etc.) pretzels, cookies, cakes, fruit juice, sugar-free candy.

Foods I eat sparingly:

Chocolate bars with nuts in them, croissants, bread, cheesecake, brownies, pasta, rice.

Foods I eat every day:

Old fashioned oatmeal (not instant) apples in addition to lots of other fresh fruit, non-fat yogurt that I add various flavoring to, raw pecans, (raw walnuts are just as good).

Standard food for all the time:

Vegetables, pumpkin pie custard, ice cream and whipped cream, corn chips and corn bread, and a variety of meats and cheeses.

I walk thirty minutes everyday, but I probably should get more exercise.
